Cincinnati Sports Club has programs that teach children the art of self-defense which can also help increase their self-esteem.
Taekwondo is one of many martial arts from Korea, characterized by its fast, high, and spinning kicks. Those who practice Taekwondo are exposed to a life philosophy. The first goal of Taekwondo is to achieve harmony between mind and body; then harmony with other people, nature, and ultimately, the universe. The Sports Club’s Taekwondo program accommodates participants ages 6 to adult.
Martial arts classes offered by the Sports Club offer an opportunity for you and your child to spend time together – and get your kicks as well!
