Kids Group Fitness Classes

Printable Kids Group Fitness Schedule

The Cincinnati Sports Club offers complimentary Kids Group Fitness Classes for children who are members of the Club ages 5-9 and 10-13.  Classes are designed to encourage activity in a group setting.  Classes are offered year round with schedule changes seasonally to accommodate usage.

Kids Cardio - will vary from week to week. Kickboxing, jump rope, creative games, and activities designed to keep your kids moving while having fun!    

Kids & Junior Yoga - taught by a certified Kids Yoga instructor. This class teaches simple yoga postures in a fun way designed just for ages 5-13.

Kids  & Jr Boot Camp - our kids fitness trainer will put your kids through a boot camp type class for 15 minutes followed by a structured game for fun.


NEW! We are also adding a Monday/Wednesday boot camp for kids at 9:15am and juniors at 10:15am during the week of April 9th.
