Kids Group Fitness Classes

Printable Kids Group Fitness Schedule

The Cincinnati Sports Club offers complimentary Kids Group Fitness Classes for children who are members of the Club ages 5-9 and 10-13.  Classes are designed to encourage activity in a group setting.  Classes are offered year round with schedule changes seasonally to accommodate usage.

Kids & Junior Fit - will vary from week to week. Creative games and activities designed to keep your kids moving while having fun!  

Kids & Junior Yoga - taught by a certified Kids Yoga instructor. This class teaches simple yoga postures in a fun way designed just for ages 5-13.

Kids & Junior Zumba - taught by a certified Zumba instructor, this class is loads of fun!  Learn to dance the  ZUMBA way, set to music & designed just for kids.
