Youth Programs

Now Available!

The Cincinnati Sports Club now offers complimentary Group Fitness Classes for:

  • Kids ages 5-8
  • Juniors ages 9-13
  • Teens ages 13-16
  • Family Fitness Times for ages 9-14

Classes are designed to encourage activity in a group setting. Classes are offered year round with schedule changes seasonally to accommodate usage.

Staffed Open Play is also available for children! 

Kids Fitness - Ages 5 to 8

Kids Cardio - will vary from week to week. Kickboxing, jump rope, creative games, and activities designed to keep your kids moving while having fun!    

Kids Yoga - taught by a certified Kids Yoga instructor. This class teaches simple yoga postures in a fun way designed just for ages 5-8.

Kids Boot Camp - our fitness trainer will put your kids through a boot camp type class for 15 minutes followed by a structured game for fun.

Junior Fitness - Ages 9 to 13

Junior Cardio - will vary from week to week. Kickboxing, jump rope, creative games, and activies designed to keep your kids moving!  

Junior Yoga - teaches yoga postures in a fun & creative way by a certified Yoga instructor

Junior Boot Camp - kids fitness trainer will put your kids through a boot camp type class followed by games for fun.

        

Teen Fitness - Ages 13 to 16

Teen Spin - this is a 30 minute class using the Keiser bikes in Room A.  Technique & safety will be stressed by our certified Spin instructor.          

        

Family Fitness - Ages 9 to 14

9-14 year olds accompanied by an adult have access to the Express Room located on the 2nd floor of the Club.  Available 7 days per week.
