Training is also an excellent preventative and restorative therapy treatment for various medical conditions. Our trainers can create customized programs specifically to treat hypertension, arthritis, back and joint pain, diabetes, weight issues and neurological disorders.  In order to bring our members the best in proactive personal care, the Cincinnati Sports Club has named Victor Troha, DPT, NPT, Level 4 Certified Personal Trainer and registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, as the new CSC Wellness Doctor. Dr. Troha specializes in nutritional therapy, physical therapy and personal training at the Club.

Your progress is our passion, and the CSC Personal Training Team is among the best in the industry. We’re experts on lifestyle fitness, focusing on positive gains through attentiveness, safety and exercise variety. Our goal is to help you get in shape, stay in shape, and live happily with results you can be proud of.

We have 16 personal trainers and 7 Pilates trainers with complementary training styles to help you find your fit. Our trainers cover a wide range of expertise, with a range of 1 to 25 years’ experience, college degreed, and industry-accredited certifications including:

Personal training at the Club is offered in 30 and 60-minute private sessions, semi-private sessions, group training classes and pricing varies based on the level of the trainer.
