Unlimited training for one monthly fee.  Available for members and non-members of the Cincinnati Sports Club.

About The Program: This is a month long program for members and non-members beginning the first of each month, designed to target total body fitness. The class will meet on the indoor athletic field Monday through Friday at 5:30am and 9:30am (and a NEW noon time class beginning in November). The first and last day of class will consist of a series of metrics in order to track progress. Come as often as you like!

You will achieve: increased cardiovascular level, greater strength and endurance, improved balance and flexibility, increased muscle tone and body shape, reduction in body fat, increased self-confidence, accountability to meet your goals.

Cincinnati Sports Club staff are nationally recognized sports conditioning specialists and certified private trainers.

Training Facility: The Cincinnati Sports Club indoor athletic field offers the largest training space in the tri-state area. Full shower and locker room facilities are available for all participants. All training equipment is provided, including dumbbells, agility ladders, hurdles, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, sleds and more!

Daily Schedule: The daily (M-F) schedule will have plenty of variety and will include:

  • Warm-up
  • Flexibility
  • Stations
  • Cardio
  • Cool Down

Just bring yourself! Water fountains are available but we suggest you bring a water bottle. All equipment is provided for you.
