Nutrition Counseling Now Available

Allison Rueff, registered dietitian from The Christ Hospital Wellness Division, is now offering individual nutrition counseling at the Sports Club. Appointments are available on Wednesdays; the cost is $120 for a 60 minute initial appointment and a 30 minute follow-up appointment. The Christ Hospital Weight Management Program - Scale To Success - is now offered at the Cincinnati Sports Club.

The next session registration deadline is February 24, 2012 and is $120 per person for members and $180 for non members. Non-member price includes 60-days of Club usage to the Cincinnati Sports Club. 

Offered on 2 levels, New Beginners and Motivated For Life. All participants will receive the following during the 8-week program:

• weekly 90-minute nutrition education and motivational sessions
• pre and post measurements
• weekly food and activity accountability with partner support
• weekly and grand prizes awarded
• participants must be 15 years or older
• available for members and non-members
