These routines are crafted and shared nationally by professionals, so there’s a big community online and lots of support along the journey. We have 12 options on the calendar, offered every day of the week for your convenience.
All of Les Mills’ classes are set to soundtracks compiled with today’s best music, creating a party-like atmosphere unlike any other workout. This empowers a more aggressive approach to choreography, helping participants tone and shape their bodies like athletes and dancers more than weight-toting bodybuilders. It’s fun, it’s fast paced, and it’s guaranteed to make you sweat.

Body Pump. A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. It uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, working all major muscle groups in just 55 minutes to burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength, and improve bone health.
Body Attack. A high-energy fitness class with moves that combines athletic movements like running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. It builds stamina and improves both coordination and agility for more explosive energy.
With 12 Les Mills class options on the schedule every week, this class can be the center of a progressive new fitness plan. Come once or twice a week, and supplement class with a few others of your choosing – Zumba, Pilates, Kickboxing, and Spinning are all great complementary exercises.

We have three group fitness suites and a calendar of activities that can’t be rivaled in Cincinnati. Registration is not required for members, so come to as many classes as you like.
