The fitness team will be hosting free Pilates trial classes and demonstrations from December 11-17. Pilates is a low-impact flexibility/endurance exercise that focuses on posture, core strength, and muscle balance, performed on a piece of equipment called the Pilates Reformer. Sign up for a free lesson and check it out; if you like it, the Pilates introductory package includes four private sessions with a certified trainer and is available for a discounted rate of $150.
