Looking to serve a wonderful and unique dessert at your next gathering? Or, do you want to know what flavanols are and why you need to understand "tannins" to better understand wines? Join us for the CSC monthly Learn and Sip featuring wine, chocolate, and cheese pairings with three 4-ounce pours to experience how each can enhance the flavors you taste. The tasting event also includes an interactive game, with the winner receiving a bottle of wine.
Dan Peterson, WSET Level 3 and current UC Professor for beginner to advanced courses, will guide us through the wines, including the story of each winery and what makes the wine unique, including the grape growing and wine-making process and recommended food pairings.
