Specialty: Guima loves to deliver challenging workouts, whether it is cross training, strength or cardio. He enjoys designing and executing workouts that challenge your body, keep you moving and make you improve flexibility, posture, strength and balance. Guima likes incorporating fun, alternative cardio to get great results!
Fitness Tip: Diet is key. In order to get to your goals you should know your diet is just as important as your workouts. Following a good diet doesn’t mean depriving from treats and occasional "cheat meals" as long as you eat healthy most of the time.
Training Philosophy: In exercise as in everything else in life, in order to see progress and results, you have to put in the work. Don’t wait for the perfect time to start. Just go for it and stay consistent and results will come. Try different types of training and find what you like most to keep you motivated!
