Join us for the CSC monthly Learn and Sip featuring wine, chocolate, and cheese pairings with three 4-ounce pours to experience how each can enhance the flavors you taste.
Dan Peterson, WSET Level 3 and current UC Professor for beginner to advanced courses, will guide us through the wines, including the story of each winery and what makes the wine unique, including the grape growing and wine-making process and recommended food pairings.
