   Personal Training Week
Learn how to push your fitness capabilities with Personal Training Week from January 21st-27th. The personal training team will offer free group training classes, drawings for prize giveaways, and try-a-trainer fitness sessions to give you a peek at what it’s like to work with a trainer.
  
 5:00 AM-6:00 AM  Lap Swimming   
 5:30 AM-6:30 AM  Boot Camp   
 6:00 AM-7:00 AM  Master Swim
This one-hour class is for the advanced swimmer. A coach provides a workout. Pool times are reserved solely for the mast swim. This class is $40 per month.

 6:00 PM-7:00 PM  CSC Book Club
Join the Book Club today! It meets the 4th Wednesday of each month from 6pm-7pm. Books are provided by the library to borrow. Light snacks are provided.
