 12:00 AM  HMR Weight Management Program- Information Session
The Cincinnati Sports Club has partnered with HMR Weight Management to offer a program providing clinically significant weight loss outcomes. Regular weekly information sessions will be available at the Club to learn about the program, product sampling and Q&A. This is a no obligation learning session.

No experience needed! This is a new complimentary class for women. Every Tuesday and Thursday this month from 9am-10am.

This is a free class Club members. This class is designed to teach the parent how to teach the child how to swim. It introduces basic water comfort. This class is designed to prepare children to enter Level 1 swim lessons when they turn 3 years old. *Child must be on the membership or guest fees apply.

Whether they’re just getting started or working to improve their newly learned skills from the spring and summer, Junior Indoor Tennis Clinics are a great way to keep kids aged 3 to 10 playing through the colder seasons. We move our fun to the indoor rec gym, with instruction at 4pm on Tuesdays for ages 3-5, and 4:45pm for ages 6-10. Classes begin in October and run all winter long; register online or pick up a brochure for more information.
