It’s been a long, hot several months, which means you’ve enjoyed more activities like running, gardening, hiking, and cycling — but also dealt with an increased likelihood of unforeseen knee or foot pains. Don’t let these injuries stop you from enjoying what you love and finishing your summer on a strong note! Club Wellness Clinician Dr. Vic Troha hosts regular free screenings each month to discuss your injuries and plan the best course of treatment and recovery. Whether you’re experiencing skeletal, muscular, or neurological pain, Dr. Vic can help you get back on track as quickly as possible. His office is located on the fitness floor; visit the fitness desk or email him directly to schedule your appointment.
  
 5:30 PM  Advanced Swim Clinic
On Thursday evenings this fall and winter, the aquatics team is hosting 30-minute swim clinics for all swimmers that want to learn upper-level techniques in the water. We’ll work on advanced strokes and swimming endurance, so you must have prior abilities in the water — this is NOT for beginners! Sessions begin at 5:30pm and 6pm in the warm water indoor pool. There’s space for 10 swimmers in each half-hour session.
