| 12:00 AM | | | | | HMR Weight Management Information Session We’ve started a weight transformation movement with nearly 50 members through HMR at the Club so far – the last class saw 6 people shed a combined 270 pounds for good. But it doesn’t stop there. The program continues to grow, teaching participants how to not only lose the weight, but build a lifestyle that supports perpetual health management. And we’re looking to teach you how to do the same. There’s no such thing as “one size fits all” when it comes to creating the lifestyle you want; this program is customized, and different for everyone.
Come to one of our weekly info sessions on Mondays at 12pm and Tuesdays at 6pm to learn about the program, sample the shakes and entrees in the food program, and ask questions about enrollment and progression. No registration required. | | |

We work with local schools and civic organizations to provide food and gifts for families in need, beginning with the Thanksgiving Food Drive. Please bring listed food items to the Club lobby before Friday, November 19, so we can provide meals for the local YWCA’s victims of family violence. | | |

Camp begins at 9am every day, and ends at 4pm; we also offer early-morning care from 7:30am 9am, and after-camp care from 4pm-6pm as needed. Register up to 24 hours prior to the day of camp.
