   Thanksgiving Food Drive
The holidays are an important time to give back to our community. We work with local schools and civic organizations to provide food and gifts for families in need, beginning with the Thanksgiving Food Drive. Please bring listed food items to the Club lobby before Friday, November 19, so we can provide meals for the local YWCA’s victims of family violence.

This one-hour class is for the advanced swimmer. A coach provides a workout. Pool times are reserved solely for the mast swim. This class is $40 per month.

Our fitness trainer will put your kids through a boot camp type class followed by a structured game for fun.
  
 4:30 PM-6:00 PM  Free Injury Screenings
If you’re experiencing pain or discomfort while lifting weights, running, or during any daily activity, Vic offers free injury screenings each month to analyze your ailments and recommend the best course of action to heal them. Screenings are free and open to members and guests of the Club; visit the fitness desk or contact Michael Downs to register.
