   Thanksgiving Food Drive
The holidays are an important time to give back to our community. We work with local schools and civic organizations to provide food and gifts for families in need, beginning with the Thanksgiving Food Drive. Please bring listed food items to the Club lobby before Friday, November 19, so we can provide meals for the local YWCA’s victims of family violence.

Location; Mind Body Center *4 Private or Introductory sessions are required to take a group class. These sessions are necessary to learn the basics of using the Allegro Reformer and to assess your fitness level before participating in group classes. If you’re new to squash, The T Squash Academy’s Zero to Squash program will have you playing at a competitive level in just eight hours. It’s a small group session that teaches basic game rules, proper form techniques, and divisive court strategies needed to play well and win often. No membership or experience is required to participate; we’ll even provide the equipment you need to get started. The next session includes 10am Saturday clinics at The T on November 3, 10, 17, and December 8; and 2pm Sunday clinics at the CSC on November 4, 11, 18, and December 9.
