Jump in at anytime between this 1-hour time frame and work thru our stations to get a solid (30 - 60 minute workout. You decide what time you can start, we will guarantee a work out!

With MICHAEL S. Location: Studio B ABOUT THIS CLASS A strengthening yoga class that will emphasize movement. A necessary complement to the more popular Yin forms of Taoist Yoga, the dynamic nature of this class will stimulate the more fluid tissues of the body, working muscles, moving blood and breath, and building strength, balance and coordination. This class will include Yin Yoga stretching.
