With ANNE MONDAY 12:00 pm - 01:00 pm Location: Studio B ABOUT THIS CLASS This workout will tone your seat, abdominals, thighs & arms and strengthen your posture to produce a beautiful dancer's body, using the ballet barre. BARRE Circuit & BARRE Sculpt - hand weights are added to the workout.
  
 12:00 PM  HMR Weight Management Information Session
We’ve started a weight transformation movement with nearly 50 members through HMR at the Club so far – the last class saw 6 people shed a combined 270 pounds for good. But it doesn’t stop there. The program continues to grow, teaching participants how to not only lose the weight, but build a lifestyle that supports perpetual health management. And we’re looking to teach you how to do the same. There’s no such thing as “one size fits all” when it comes to creating the lifestyle you want; this program is customized, and different for everyone. Come to one of our weekly info sessions on Mondays at 12pm and Tuesdays at 6pm to learn about the program, sample the shakes and entrees in the food program, and ask questions about enrollment and progression. No registration required.
