The Cincinnati Sports Club has partnered with HMR Weight Management to offer a program providing clinically significant weight loss outcomes. Regular weekly information sessions will be available at the Club to learn about the program, product sampling and Q&A. This is a no obligation learning session.

This is a free class Club members. This class is designed to teach the parent how to teach the child how to swim. It introduces basic water comfort. This class is designed to prepare children to enter Level 1 swim lessons when they turn 3 years old. *Child must be on the membership or guest fees apply.

With MARY Location: Warm Water Pool ABOUT THIS CLASS An Arthritis foundation class taught by certified Arthritis instructor. This class is designed to increase range of motion, using fluid movement exercises to help individuals with arthritis pain.
