Scheduled Classes

Group fitness at the CSC is an exciting way to mix up your workout with others that share your fitness goals and preferred workout style. The group schedule includes more than 100 complimentary classes per week, designed to help you improve cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness.


Our new group fitness suite features sound-proof walls, natural lighting, projection screens and dedicated equipment to help you have your best session. We offer morning, afternoon and evening classes seven days a week, with beginner, intermediate and advanced skill options (depending on the featured fitness format). Find the one that fits your schedule and join us for your next workout.


Fitness Any Time

All three studios in the new group exercise room suite include a DVD viewing station, and there are semi-private TV exercise spaces in the upstairs fitness area. Members may choose to chart their own fitness course from our library of popular exercise DVDs, such as Mat Workout, PowerStrike, TaeBo, Hip Hop Body Blast, Spinning in Ireland, the P90X series, and more. Inquire at the Member Service desk for the full selection, as well as instructions on how to use the DVD training system.
