Schedule of Classes
The Cincinnati Sports Club provides a comprehensive group fitness
schedule in one convenient location.
Three group fitness studios host more than 100 free group classes each
week, beginning as early as 6am and as late as 7:30pm. Registration is not
required for members, so you can come to unlimited classes as often as you like.
This is your Club, your way – so build a personal schedule of classes
that suits you. Go for a ride in a Spin class, join a friend in a Barre or Body
Pump classes, and unwind from the day with yoga. We provide a variety of
instructors with different skillsets and personalities, and they’re here to
help you find your perfect fit.
Instructors are motivated and compensated by attendance, so we ask that participants sign in before class begins. If you’re a first-time attendee, arrive to class early to meet the instructor. As you progress, provide feedback about your experience so we can constantly improve your options.
If you’re seeking more flexible fitness instruction, check out our large on-demand fitness DVD collection. All three studios feature a projection screen for DVD fitness, so you can follow along solo or gather a small group to exercise together (provided there is not already a class in session).

Become an Instructor
Once you’ve discovered your new passion, work to become an instructor at the Club. We offer annual certifications in spinning, yoga, and barre classes. Interested in teaching now, email Lynda Wilisch to become a member of the group fitness team.
