Group Classes at Cincinnati Sports Club

Cincinnati Sports Club provides a comprehensive group fitness schedule in one convenient location just off Red Bank Road.

Three group fitness studios host more than 100 free group classes each week, beginning as early as 6am and as late as 7:30pm. Registration is not required for members, so you can come to unlimited classes as often as you like.

This is your Club, your way – so build a personal schedule of classes that suits you. Go for a ride in a Spin class, join a friend in a Barre or Body Pump class, and unwind from the day with yoga.

Easy Access to a Variety of Classes

If you’re a first-time attendee, arrive to class early to meet the instructor. As you progress, provide feedback about your experience so we can constantly improve your options. Instructors are motivated and compensated by attendance, so we ask that participants sign in before class begins.

  • Spinning - Spinning is a high-energy group cycling class that integrates music, camaraderie and visualization in a complete mind/body exercise program. All levels. Intro class once a month.

  • Kickboxing - Kickboxing mixed with boxing for upper body. This is a fast-moving, high intensity group fitness class that's loaded with lots of high reps. All levels

  • Zumba - A fitness program inspired by Latin dance. Certified "Zumba" instructors teach an aerobic routine that combines latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise that's fun & easy to follow.

  • Body Pump - One of our most popular group fitness classes! The original Les Mills barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body fast! Focus is on low weight loads & high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. 

  • Mat Pilates - The sequences of exercises during this group fitness class promotes core strength, flexibility and control using the Pilates method for better posture and body awareness. "You will look better, feel better and have a whole new body."

  • Yoga - Free your mind and body from everyday stress. Improve strength, flexibility & balance. 4 styles of yoga group fitness classes are available including one of our most popular - Yin Yoga. 

  • Barre - This workout will tone your seat, abdominal's, thighs & arms and strengthen your posture to produce a beautiful dancer's body. Additional Barre group fitness classes include Ballet Barre, Barre Circuit & Barre Sculpt.

  • Stroller Boot Camp - Bring your babies/toddlers in their stroller and still get in your workout on the indoor soccer field. Lots of stroller walking & conditioning for moms & dads during this unique group fitness class.

  • Cardio Circuit - A high intensity interval cardio/muscle group fitness class that's creative & fun!

If you’re seeking more flexible fitness instruction, check out our large on-demand fitness DVD collection. All three studios feature a projection screen for DVD fitness, so you can follow along solo or gather a small group to exercise together (provided there is not already a class in session).
