  • Rules and Regulations
    • The Club rules are to ensure a comfortable and professional environment for everyone.

      • All physical activity carries with it inherent risks to individuals of all ages. The fitness equipment and the facility in the Cincinnati Sports Club present hazards which, if not avoided, could cause serious injury or death. Prior to using equipment or the facility members will read all warning labels, instructions, signs, and placards in the facility. Members unsure as to how to use equipment or facility will seek the assistance of staff. Members must monitor their physical condition at all times and if needed will cease participation and seek prompt medical attention.

      • Harassment of club members, guests and/or staff is strictly prohibited. Harassing behavior is conduct that unreasonably interferes with a person’s use of the Sports Club facilities and/or creates a hostile or offensive environment. Any member who witnesses inappropriate behavior at the Club should notify Club management immediately.

      • State law prohibits anyone from bringing alcoholic beverages onto the Sports Club property.

      • The Cincinnati Sports Club facilities and its grounds are smoke free.Solicitation is not allowed on the Cincinnati Sports Club or Mall’s property without the written permission of the Cincinnati Sports Club Manager.

      • Solicitation includes, but is not limited to, posting or displaying any material, soliciting of goods or services whether for sale or not, and the soliciting or signing of any petition.

      • No photographic equipment of any kind, including cell phone cameras, may be used in the facility or on the premises without the approval of the Marketing Manager.ALL training, personal, group or other will be administered by Club personnel ONLY.

      • There shall be no use of profane or abusive language in the Sports Club facilities.

  • Advisory Board
    • Purpose

      The Member Advisory Board’s purpose is to provide a communication vehicle between management of the Cincinnati Sports Club and the membership.  The Advisory Board of Governors and the Club’s Management are continually improving service for the members, guests and visitors. representative mix of membership levels of the Club (i.e. All Inclusive, Indoor Only, Golden Time and After Dark).  The Board is a representative mix of membership types of the Club (i.e. family, couple, single, single with dependent, and single); a representative mix of demographic groups of the Club (i.e., age, marital status, etc.); a representative mix of those using different areas of the Club and at different times of the day (i.e. squash, aquatics, children’s center, openers, late morning, mid-day, peak and late hours).

      The Board of Governors advise and counsel the Club Manager and management on items relating to the conduct of Club Affairs, including the following items: 
       A.      Club rules and regulations, programming, guest policy, and normal operating hours of the Club
       B.      Member events, social events, fundraisers with not for profit organizations
       C.      All policies having to do with questions of members’ conduct, mode of dress, and all other related disciplinary matters
       D.      Plans for renovating, remodeling, modernizing or expansion of the Club premises

  • Medical Advisory Board
    • Purpose

      The Medical Advisory Board’s purpose is to provide medical guidance to the management and staff of the Cincinnati Sports Club as it relates to fitness, nutrition, and other health and wellness protocols of the Club. The Board members represent a mix of levels of medical staff (i.e., physicians, nurses, dieticians, physical therapists, etc.) and of specialties within the medical field (i.e., orthopedic, cardiac, dietetics, pediatrics, endocrinology, holistic healing, etc.)
