Cincinnati Sports Club offers group and private Pilates Reformer training sessions.
Pilates is a mind-body workout based on the principles of Joseph Pilates, developed during the 1920's. This style of exercise uses the Pilates Reformer, a specially designed piece of fitness equipment, strengthens the core back and abdominal muscles to improve body conditioning, posture, gait, balance, and flexibility.
The Cincinnati Sports Club has the largest Mind-Body Center dedicated to Pilates within the Cincinnati area. with the fitness and childcare amenities available within the Club, participating in Pilates is convenient for everyone at every stage of life.
Our instructors offer a variety of group classes and we specialize in individual and small group Pilates. We want to meet the individual needs of every client, from post-rehab patients to those who desire an intense fitness experience.
Pilates is particularly beneficial for athletes, golfers, tennis players, skiers, runners, and dancers, and others that seek specific core-strengthening exercises.
Step 1: Try It Out! Anyone can attend a free 30-minute demo session with one of our instructors in order to experience first hand the benefits of Pilates. Click on the Schedule a Free Pilates Demo link above.
Step 2: Schedule your Intro Package. This package includes four, 60-minute individual sessions with one of our instructors designed to let you get comfortable with the core Pilates exercises and terminology. Completion of the Intro Package allows you to register for group classes at the Club.
Step 3: Continue with Pilates individual or group classes for your active lifestyle.
