A Ride in the Spin Studio
Our new studio sets the scene with visualizations and coordinated music for themed classes that push through highs, lows, and mid-ride plateaus.
We offer one Intro to Spin class each month to give new riders a crash-course in ride basics, equipment setup, and bike safety. Once you know your way around the Keiser bike, you’re ready to ride!
We host 20+ Spinning options each week, so there’s always a class with an open bike for you. Click here to see the full indoor cycling schedule. Our Spinning classes include:
Club Spin. A 45-50 minute group ride that varies per instructor. Catch this class every day of the week as your go-to for a spinning workout.
Spin Xpress. A 30-minute class that’s great for beginners, or when you just want to catch a shorter ride. Still a great workout!
Spinning Between Workouts
Spinning is great conditioning workout – especially if it’s before or after another class. Click here to view our full group fitness schedule; it’s all about variety, with three group fitness studios hosting 100+ classes as early as 6am and as late as 7:30pm every week.
Beyond the Bike
Registration is not required for members, so come to as many classes as you like. Adding a Spinning class to Zumba, kickboxing, Pilates, spinning, strength, or core classes provides the service of several smaller fitness shops in the convenience of one location, making your Club membership a high-class value.
