Our health and wellness programs serve businesses of all sizes throughout the region and have been shown to have a dramatic impact on the lives of their employees. We are excited to be extending those services to the community and members of the Cincinnati Sports Club.

TriHealth Orthopedic and Sports Medicine will provide physical therapy services for individuals dealing with musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions at the Cincinnati Sports Club. Our specially trained team of physical therapists designs an individualized plan of care tailored to your specific condition and personal needs. We strive to accelerate recovery and maximize independence so you can lead a satisfying life free from the pain and frustration of physical disability. Our physical therapists are dedicated to help patients reach their goals utilizing the following specialized interventions:

  • Post-operative rehabilitation

  • Manual Therapy- including myofascial release and joint mobilization/manipulation for both spine and extremity disorders.

  • Dry needling for soft tissue trigger point and musculoskeletal pain pelvic health conditions.

  • Cupping for soft tissue dysfunction and pain

  • Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)

  • Individualized specific exercise program

  • Comprehensive pelvic health specialized therapy including biofeedback

  • Movement pattern analysis and retraining activities

  • Gait analysis to identify abnormalities predictive of injury

  • Functional training to focus on return to sport and daily activities

Katie Pitzer, MS

In her nearly 10 years’ experience with TriHealth, Katie Pitzer has managed multiple onsite fitness centers, overseen group fitness and personal training programs, and had responsibility for the recruitment, hiring and onboarding of new TriHealth team members including instructors, trainers, fitness specialists and wellness coordinators. Katie earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Indianapolis and a master’s degree in Exercise and Health Studies from Miami University. She also is certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training.
