Finding Focus with Yoga

Yoga is an ancient therapy that can help manage the tension your body carries from daily stresses, also preventing injuries while improving flexibility, focus, and relaxation. We offer four styles and 18 classes each week to help you strengthen your practice.

Getting Started

Start with a class like Yin Yoga for relaxation and stress reduction, or head to Yoga I to establish your foundations in the flow. Our group fitness lineup is all about variety; three group fitness studios host 100+ classes every week, beginning as early as 6am and as late as 7:30pm.

  • Yoga I/II. These flow classes mix Ashtanga and Vinyasa methods to keep the variety and structure of the class fresh and exciting. The strength postures promote flow of movement and strength building. All classes focus on technique and safety using proper body positioning. Difficulty advances as your practice progresses.

  • Yin Yoga. A slow-paced style of yoga with asanas that are held for a longer period of time. The poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improved flexibility.

  • Yoga Sculpt. This yoga class mixes sculpting with weights, rings, and stability balls to focus on all parts of your body, with an emphasis on abs and posture.


Flow to Bliss

During a Yoga class, your movement will flow from one asana – or yoga posture – to the next, each strengthening a different muscle group and building heat to release toxins that prevent harmony in the body. Teachers provide instruction on proper form and breathing techniques, guiding energy through the room and the body in a completely immersive experience that will cleanse your day.  


Your Boutique Fitness Spot

Registration is not required for members, so come to as many classes as you like. Mix it up with Zumba, kickboxing, Pilates, spinning, strength, or core classes, and you get all the variety and quality of several boutique fitness shops in one convenient destination that offers far more.
