Nanny/Babysitter Request

For Single w/Dependant or Family Memberships Only.

The Club is proud to offer a Nanny/Babysitter add-on option to your membership. This is a great way for the kids to enjoy the Club while you are at work or busy with other kids programs. Additionally, a nanny or babysitter can provide extra helpful hands with the little ones so everyone can enjoy the Club facilities. A $30 processing fee will be charged to your account for adding any individual to your account as a nanny or babysitter. Babysitters/Nanny's can be added to accounts effective the 1st or the 15th of the month. Dues will be prorated. 


Nanny

A nanny is a caregiver who lives with the member and works full time for the member. The cost of a nanny to join the Club is $35 per month plus tax and entitles that nanny to accompany the member’s children to the Club as well as independent use of the Club. The member must acknowledge in writing the addition and any changes to the nanny on the account. Only one nanny may be on an account at one time. 

Babysitter

A babysitter is a caregiver who does not live with the member and works fulltime or part time for the member. The cost of adding a babysitter to an existing membership account is $20 per month plus tax. The babysitter must accompany the children at all times and does not have independent Club privileges. The member must acknowledge in writing the addition and any changes to the babysitter on the account. Only one babysitter may be on an account at one time.

Terms

A nanny/babysitter must be on the membership for a minimum of 30 days. Babysitters/Nanny's added between the 1st and 14th of the month will be charged a full month of caregiver dues.  Those added between the dates of the 15th - end of the month will be charged for a 1/2 months dues. Please see the end date notes for removal dates. A written 30-day notice is required to cancel a nanny/babysitter, as written in the membership agreement, and the Cincinnati Sports Club agrees to provide in writing a 30-day notice for any changes in the rules and regulations and policies.

I agree to submit my resignation, in writing via mail, email ([email protected]) or fax (513.527.5030) at least 30 days in advance on or before the 1st or 15th of the month prior to the month I wish to resign. (For example, if I wish to remove my caregiver any date from September 1st -14th, the Club must receive written resignation by the 1st of August. If I wish to resign on any date from September 15th-30th, the Club must receive written resignation by the 15th of August). If I am unable to meet the deadline, I agree to accept the responsibilities of membership for the extra month.
