Assisted Stretch at the Cincinnati Sports Club

One of the top ways the Cincinnati Sorts Club differentiates itself from others is the high level of professional training staff employed by the Club. 

The Club's own Vic Troha, Club Wellness Clinician and doctorate of physical therapy, led a NCSF (National Council on Strength & Fitness) Assisted Stretch continuing education class for the pilates and private trainers at the Club.

The participating trainers are now able to enhance your training experience by adding a component of stretching as requested.
