Club Access is for Members & Their Guest

Balancing the desired needs of the membership to share the Club experience while not overcrowding campus or affecting the member first experience.

Club Guest Policy (Effective January 1, 2023)
• $15 daily guest fee for ages 3 and older.
• No charge for guests ages 2 and younger.
• All Guests Must Register Inside.
• Same guest can visit the Club 12 times in a 12-month time period.
• Weekends at the outdoor pools beginning May 31 through September 1 will have dynamic scheduling for outdoor pool guests with advanced guest pre-registrations required for both the adult only pool and the main pool (the busier the weekend the fewer guest slots available).    
• No Outdoor Pool Guests Memorial Weekend (Friday - Monday), July 4 and September 2.
• Single members may bring 1 guest per visit. Couple/Family memberships may bring 2 guests total per membership per visit. Additional guests may be approved in advance by the Club Manager a minimum of 48 hours prior to the requested visit.
• Holiday block-out dates will be announced for indoor and/or outdoor guests.
• The guest will have the same club access as the member and their membership type.
• All guests must present a photo ID upon registration. Guests must sign a waiver of liability and register at the front desk prior to using the Club facilities.
• Member guests under the age of 18 are required to have a parent/guardian signature on the daily guest waiver. 

Members are eligible to receive one free guest per month with the monthly automatic billing set to the ACH/Checking. All guests are to register at the Front Desk inside the Club. Club members may download and print off the Club guest registration form below in advance of their visit. This will help expedite check in.
