Exercise with Cancer

TriHealth Cancer Wellness Program at the Cincinnati Sports Club

The Cincinnati Sports Club named 2nd location for program offering.

The Cincinnati Sports Club is proud to be named a second location for the TriHealth exercise with cancer program. The small group exercise class will be held twice a week and is led by cancer exercise specialists.

Exercise is a great way to help increase energy levels, strength and cardiovascular endurance and is important to overall good health. Evidence has shown that becoming a regular exerciser can reduce the risk of recurrence with some types of cancer. This program is designed by TriHealth to help you get started (or restarted) on a path to good health through regular exercise.
