Nicole Goddard believes in a holistic approach to patient care and accentuating the body’s natural healing processes. Her chair yoga class provides all the benefits of a traditional yoga class but uses a chair as a prop to provide extra support, balance and help with advancing poses as needed. Chair yoga is accessible to people of all ages and fitness backgrounds!
