  • Guests at the Club
    • Guest Access to the Club
      To best balance the desired needs of the membership to share the Club experience while not overcrowding campus or affecting the member first experience, the Club will be making the following changes to the guest policy effective January 1, 2023.

      • $15 daily guest fee for ages 3 and older.
      • No charge for guests ages 2 and younger.
      • Same guest can visit the Club 12 times in a 12-month time period.
      • Weekends at the outdoor pools will have dynamic scheduling for outdoor pool guests with advanced guest pre-registrations required for ages 21+ and under 21 (the busier the weekend the fewer guest slots available).
      • Single members may bring 1 guest per visit. Couple/Family memberships may bring 2 guests total per membership per visit. Additional guests may be approved in advance by the Club Manager.
      • Holiday block-out dates will be announced for indoor and/or outdoor guests.
      • No Outdoor Guests Memorial Weekend (Friday - Monday).

      Members who have their monthly dues automatically paid through ACH/checking account auto withdrawal will receive one free gust per month.  Click here to email the member account team. 

  • What is Pickleball Open Play
    • Pickleball open play is designated times that the pickleball/badminton courts are set up on the indoor multi purpose court and available for reservation by members.  Members may walk on if not already reserved by a member.  

      Member courtesy is to schedule only one court per day to allow other members to participate in activities. No double booking permitted. All guests must register at front desk prior to play.  

      The open play schedule is a short term expansion during the league break.
  • Billing
    • For questions about your member statement, changes to your automatic method of payment or member charges, click here to connect with the member account team. 

      Details about your statement and transactions can be found by logging into the member portal of the cincinnatisportsclub.com website or through your member app.  

  • Fitness Floor Etiquette
    • Since 1990, the Club has been a second home for members. Our members are a compassionate, multi-generation community that welcomes people of all ages and walks of life to lead an active, connected, and engaged life.     

      Here are some suggestions for courtesy & respect while at the Club:

      • Listen to your phone/music/conference calls with your headphones and not with a speaker.
      • Cell phone use (texting, scrolling, emailing) is not permitted while on weight equipment.  Please step off to the side to allow others to work in.
      • Pick up your towels after use in the locker rooms and workout areas - deposit in the towel drops.
      • No Clustering around weight equipment. 
      • Follow the age requirements as noted in different areas of the facility (adult outdoor pool, locker rooms, workout areas, whirlpool) and be respectful while in those areas. Acknowledge that people of different ages will have different energy levels and share the same venues, i.e., warm water pool, new multipurpose courts, etc. So please be respectful of each other.
      • Adhere to all stop signs, speed limits, and one-way traffic signs in the parking lot. Don’t leave unattended vehicles in the fire lane.
      • Dry off on the pool deck before entering the hallways
      • Dry off before stepping out of the shower.
      • Handle phone calls in more private areas of the Club so others may enjoy their workouts and stretching. Limit socializing while sitting on the weight equipment.
      • Use one piece of fitness equipment at a time instead of using more than one piece of equipment.
      • Instead of stopping on the track to call or text, please go to the corners of the track.
      • Don’t take selfies or pictures in the locker rooms or bathrooms.  

      We know how busy and stressed-filled life can be now, and we thought you would want to hear this feedback from your fellow members. We are so fortunate our members are very caring, generous and a pleasure to serve.

  • Adult 21+ Pool Access
    • When the main outdoor pool is not open, adult members ages 21+ and their guests (see guest access to the Club) are to access the adult only 21+ pool through the indoor club.  Members are to buzz the member service desk before opening the door in the private changing room hallway and wait for clearance from the team member.  This extra step is in place to ensure those accessing the outdoor area are eligible with their tier of membership. 

  • WiFi
    • To access the Club's wifi network while on campus:
      Open your settings and select the Cincinnati Sports Club.
      Open your preferred search browser.
      Read the terms of service, and click the "yes, I accept" button each time you come to the Club.  

      This is similar to when you are a guest at a hotel. By taking these steps you can ensure a more friendly member experience each visit while at the Club.
