Training Format

It all begins with a free assessment and goal-setting session to find the trainer that’s best suited for your needs. Sessions are available in 30- or 60-minute private, semi-private, and large group training formats; prices vary by session length and trainer expertise. Private Training is also an excellent preventative and restorative therapy treatment for various medical conditions. Our trainers can create customized programs specifically to treat hypertension, arthritis, back and joint pain, diabetes, weight issues and neurological disorders. Our training team consists of seasoned professionals with complementary training styles to help you find your perfect fit. They each have between 1-25 years’ expertise, college degrees in their field, and various additional accreditations, including:
