Youth fitness classes are designed to encourage healthy activity in a group setting for kids aged 5-8; juniors aged 9-13; teens aged 13-16; and families with kids aged 9-14. Classes are offered all year, with schedules that offer different options every season.

Staffed Open Play Schedule
Youth Cardio: Separate groups for ages 5-8, and 9-13. Kickboxing, jump rope, creative games and other activities designed to keep kids moving while having fun.
Youth Yoga: Separate groups for ages 5-8, and 9-13. Taught by a certified youth yoga instructor, this class teaches simple yoga postures in a fun way.
Youth Boot Camp: Separate groups for ages 5-8, and 9-13. Led by our experienced fitness trainers, a boot camp class consists of a 15-minute group exercise followed by structured games for fun.
Teen Spin: Ages 13-16 only. This 30-minute class uses the Keiser spinning bikes in Room A to teach proper techniques and bike
Youth Certification: Ages 12-13 only. Consists of two certification classes that teach basic fitness floor safety and equipment operation for unsupervised use of the facility.
Family Fitness: Ages 9-14. Available 7 days per week, 9-14 year olds accompanied by an adult may use the Express Fitness Room located on the second floor of the Club.
