Cincinnati Sports club is a family friendly environment that offers youth fitness classes for kids ages 5-16 years old.

Children’s fitness classes are designed to encourage healthy activity in a group setting for all ages. Classes are offered all year, with schedules that offer different options every season.
Kids: for ages 5-8. Located on the indoor soccer field, our Ninja
obstacle course is set up different each week to keep your kids active.
Yoga: for ages 5-8. Taught by a certified instructor, this class teaches simple
yoga postures in a fun way.
Youth Certification: Ages 12-13 only. Consists of two certification classes that teach basic fitness floor safety and equipment operation for unsupervised use of the facility.
Family Fitness: Ages 9-14. Available 7 days per week, 9-14 year olds accompanied by an adult may use the Express Fitness Room located on the second floor of the Club. Mon-Fri from 3pm-7pm & Sat/Sun from 2pm-4pm
